Shipping
All (non-custom) items come with Registered Worldwide Shipping. Products are shipped with La Poste and usually takes 6-14 days depending on country. Shipping to France usually have a 2-3 working days transit time.
Once your item is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking info. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery and depending on your country or state, additional customs fees or duty taxes may apply. Ethnica Decor is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes.
Returns
For non-custom products there’s a 14-day exchange period, where you may exchange your item for a similarly priced piece found in our shop. Please contact me if you want to make use of this option.
For custom made items, all sales are final. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us for a full refund of products purchased (not shipping). Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. Ethnica Decor are not responsible for costs of shipping or customs charges to return the order.
Lead Times
Since all my work is made-to-order, lead time differs per design/size. Processing times can be found in all listing descriptions. Please get in contact with me for a more accurate lead time on your order if required.
